All stays must be paid 18 business days prior to the check-in date. Should your travel plans change, you need to cancel before this deadline. If you cancel 17 to 11 business days prior to the check-in date, the hotel would charge first night cost cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 10 business days prior to the check-in date, there would be total reservation cost penalty. We hope you
understand that this luxury hotel does not allow as liberal of a cancelation policy as the rest St.-Petersburg hotels. However, staying at Nevsky Palace is worth it!
