We process all booking requests within one to two business days. “By request”
system allows us to have better rates and should your first choice hotel be
unavailable, we would offer you the best possible alternative. Once the hotel
is booked, you will receive a booking confirmation along with credit charge
authorization form. All you need to do sign the form and fax it to us within
the next 2 days in order to secure your reservation.
You can still
change or cancel your reservation anytime up to
5 business days prior to your check-in date and receive a full
refund. In the event of late cancellation or a no-show, a charge for a
one-night stay only, will be applied to your credit card.
You can
review your current reservation, verify the hotel confirmation
number,
change your hotel stay dates,
add airport transfers to
your request or
cancel your entire hotel stay should your plans change.
